Previously to joining the Mortgage Centre in Kelowna, Ed was a Branch Manager of a local credit union for 12 years. Prior to that, he was a Mortgage Development Officer for a major chartered bank in Kelowna. Having lived in the Okanagan since 1984, Ed is very knowledgeable of the Kelowna area and business community. He is also a past Vice-President of the Westbank Chamber of Commerce. Ed is a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP), and has earned the designation of Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP).

Shannon has been involved in the financial services industry in Kelowna since 1997, having worked at a securities brokerage firm, a major chartered bank, and as a Certified Financial Planner assisting clients with their investment goals. Previously to joining the Mortgage Centre in Kelowna, Shannon attended Okanagan University College and obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with Honours in 2001. She also completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1998, and received the Award of Excellence for Exceptional Academic Achievement. Shannon is a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP), and has earned the designation of Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP).
